Vision & Mission

What we want to become, and what we do about it every day.

Our Vision

To keep Tibb-e-Unani a living, evidence-supported medical practice that reaches every village in Marathwada with dignity — and to train physicians whom patients can trust without hesitation.

Our Mission

  • Teach the NCISM syllabus seriously and completely, without shortcuts
  • Give every student clinical exposure from the first year
  • Provide villagers with affordable and dependable Unani treatment
  • Carry out research and standardisation of classical formulations
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for women students
Core values

The things we do not compromise on

These are not decorations for a wall — our internal audits are built around them.

The patient first

Every clinical decision begins with the patient's benefit, not with convenience.

Integrity

Attendance, internal marks and admission — none of the three is open to influence.

Rooted in the classics

Kitab-al-Qanun and the classical texts remain the heart of the syllabus.

A demand for evidence

Pride in tradition, but data before any claim.

Room for everyone

No distinction on the basis of caste, faith, gender or income.

Continuous improvement

The IQAC collects feedback every semester and publishes an action taken report.
